At Berlairs.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your pet grooming comb, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
The return must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged pet grooming combs unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at contact@berlairs.com, or log into your account on our website to initiate a return request. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN. Ship it to the address provided in your return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different one or combo, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to additional payments if the required product costs more.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@berlairs.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Used or opened pet grooming combs (unless defective).
Items without proof of purchase.
Items returned after the 10 days return window.
